Situation: was not previously in any search engines.

Objective: page 1 positioning for our selected keyword phrase
Research: We determined the most frequently used relevant keyword phrase across major search engines and directories and selected the phrase we had the most likelihood to get good results. Due to the highly crowded real estate market in search engines it was necessary to pick a focused phrase that buyers would likely use to find condos in Fort Lauderdale. for competitive reasons, we are not listing those results here.
Process: We optimized the web site through a variety of html changes, plus carefully chosen copy for the submission process.
Results: 60 days later these were rankings by top search engines for non-paid listings our preferred keyword search:
