JOB OVERVIEW
Work in the exciting world of GOLF APPAREL at an established firm with B2B ecommerce store and national client base. Best of all, you can work from home!
We want your prior social networking experience, love of technology, email and written communication skills to increase our presence on the internet. We have excellent client retention and need more staff to make our growing company more visible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The bulk of time will be spent on:
- Learning about Search Engine Optimization and implementing various techniques.
- Obtaining links from other web sites
- Writing articles and posts with links back to our web site.
- Measuring/reporting results
KEY SKILLS
Superior typing skills- perfection without typo’s is standard for all communications; self starter, great creative writing skills. Ability to not only perform tasks, but develop systems to improve and make them easier.
The ideal candidate will have a Mac, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and email software, though this is not a requirement.
OTHER
This is a great opportunity to get real world experience. If you have great writing skills and an aptitude for marketing, you'll come away with the skills and portfolio needed to land a job at a the company of your choice. We always have SEO and web updating needs and may offer more hours if mutually desirable. Candidate will work with sensitive and or confidential information and must exercise discretion in its handling. All applicants subject to background check. Drug free workplace, EEO. Other Duties:
- Weekly virus scanning of your personal hard drive
- Document processes to keep operations manual current with easily viewable screen shots and your comments
- Shred any confidential data daily
- Use multiple email aliases to send email communications
Equipment requirements: recent model PC or Mac with MS Office, reliable high speed internet, phone by computer. Software: MS Word, email. Some html knowledge preferred.
